Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time L1/L2 Support Engineer. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and deactivate insurance agent and carrier accounts
  • Manage user access, roles, licenses, and permissions across multiple platforms
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Handle password resets and account recovery
  • Maintain accurate agent and carrier data across numerous systems
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to clarify requirements and resolve access issues

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Intermediate+/B2 or higher), especially strong written communication
  • Experience in administrative support, account administration, or access management
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Ability to work with many systems, websites, and platforms simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • Comfortable communicating with external companies and stakeholders via email and ticketing systems
The role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
