MIRA Academy is a training center for real estate brokers and part of a large international development company MIRA, specializing in luxury real estate. We offer educational programs that help beginners start a career in the industry and enable experienced professionals to enhance their expertise.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will consult clients about our courses and guide them through the sales process to a successful deal closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of educational courses (inbound and outbound calls, written communication);

  • Consulting clients on training programs and helping them choose the most suitable course;

  • Managing the client database, processing leads, and closing deals;

  • Handling objections and motivating clients to make a purchase;

  • Achieving planned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level experience in sales (experience in education, courses, or training is a plus);

  • Experience working with CRM systems;

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and product presentation skills;

  • Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;

  • Goal-oriented mindset and focus on results;

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, as most sales will be conducted in English.

  • Flexible compensation structure: fixed salary plus commission per sale (discussed individually).
