Middle QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests

• Analyze test results and configure testing environments

• Design and enhance automation frameworks

• Perform code reviews

• Define the scope of work and prioritize tasks independently

• Participate in team meetings and adhere to established project workflows

• Create documentation and support onboarding of new team members

• Contribute to manual testing efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Capability to perform both automated and manual testing

• Proficiency with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and experience coding in JavaScript

• Solid understanding of the Page Object Model

• Experience with API testing using Postman

• Hands-on experience testing native Android/iOS applications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and developers, as well as work independently

• Self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies

• Strong communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it

• Experience using JIRA and Confluence

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in test automation and functional testing, including practical experience in mobile automation

• Ability to work independently as the sole automation engineer on a project
