We’re looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and engaging top candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
- Screening resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in developing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., crafting engaging job posts, social media content).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or a related field (internships count!).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-Ray Search) and Boolean search.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- English C1+.
- Experience in HR tech, startups, or high-volume recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Interest in data-driven recruitment (e.g., metrics, reporting).
