Role Description

The Organizational Change Management Consultant is responsible for organizational readiness and Client Deployment of ERP-related transformations as defined by organizational goals and objectives. This position assists the client with managing all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. This includes oversight and leadership of all organizational change management project team activities.

This person will focus on the people side of change. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP Organizational Change Management, preferably in large-scale ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with change impact assessments, training development, and communications planning.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies and plans for SAP implementation and digital transformation projects.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance points.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans, training programs, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business leads, and HR to ensure alignment of change initiatives.
  • Support end-user readiness and adoption through tailored learning and enablement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness through KPIs and adoption metrics.
  • Provide leadership coaching and change leadership support to managers and supervisors.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
  • Manage change management activities in the OCM Roadmap.
