Event Manager

G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. We create games that bring joy to millions of players across the globe. Our projects, Sherlock, Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome®, and many others, continue to improve thanks to the talented people behind them.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Manager who will be responsible for organizing corporate events of all scales and creating unique experiences for both company employees and external audiences. What you will work on:

• Organize and coordinate internal events (both online and offline) for company employees, including team-building activities, webinars, hangouts, sports events, and other activities aimed at strengthening team spirit and fostering corporate culture.
• Plan and participate in external events, such as conferences, sponsorships, meetups, and other occasions that promote the company’s employer brand and enhance partnership relations.
• Manage event projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Work with vendors: selecting partners, handling logistics, managing documentation, and overseeing all aspects of event organization.
• Communicate with employees and colleagues: preparing announcements, post-event releases, and collaborating with copywriters and designers.
• Analyze event effectiveness, compile reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure high-quality execution of events at every stage.

It’s important to us:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate event organization or event management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time.
• Creativity and attention to detail when planning events.
• Experience working with partners, external vendors, and event participants.
• Team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate across different departments.

Would be a great bonus:

• 2+ years of experience in IT/GameDev.

English proficiency at B2+ level.
