Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to data-driven projects for our clients. As part of a consulting company, you will work with various industries, helping businesses extract value from their data through analytics, reporting, and data visualization. You will collaborate with data engineers and data architects to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Location - Georgia, Poland

English Level - B2

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability in DWH/Lakehouse environments.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis.

• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to address client business challenges.

• Develop analytical models and algorithms customized to the specifics of client projects.

• Prepare presentations and reports presenting analysis results to clients.

• Participate in strategic consulting projects, leveraging data and analytics.

• Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert support.

• Mentor and develop junior analysts within project teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.

• Experience working on DWH/Lakehouse projects (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.

• Strong English skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with dbt or other data transformation frameworks.

• Experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients is a plus.
