JettyCloud is an IT company in Georgia, building high-load cloud solutions for business communications.

We develop for RingCentral.com, a UCaaS platform trusted by over 1 million businesses worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Paper Administration Specialist (temporary role) to handle all labor-related paperwork, employee documentation and compliance during the maternity leave of the primary employee.

What to do:

  • To collect all initial papers from employees – for hiring, for vacations, for terminations, sick leaves etc.;

  • To prepare papers, related to labor relations: labor contracts, vacations orders etc.

  • To answer questions\to provide consultations to employees and managers regarding labor legislatioт

  • To maintain a register of employed migrants (to submit applications for hiring and dismissal, upload documents to the state register, process possible requests from specialists to the employees.

  • To prepare documents to help employees to obtain temporary state registration (visa residence.

  • To prepare and provide reference letters, reports, copies of documents etc.

  • To keep all tracks in ERP systems\Excel file\Database.

  • To collaborate with lawyers to resolve complicated issues or other cases, where legal consultation is required.

  • To ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, if needed – to request help from legal team, as mentioned above.

  • To keep all paper documents in order: to keep employees personal files, to complete them with new docs, to collect them into the folders properly, to replace when needed etc.

  • To communicate with authorized state authority (like House of Justice, labor inspections, Social funds etc) – to request documents or to ask for clarification, to request a help in complicated cases.

  • In case of inspections to quickly prepare and provide necessary documents and\or copies etc.

  • To perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Full proficiency in Georgian and Russian languages are required. Good knowledges in English.

  • Accuracy, attentiveness, ability to deal with big volumes of information.

  • Ethic and humanity, positive attitude, readiness to help, ability to easily build relationships with people.

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to paper administration.

  • Skilled with MS Office package, especially Word and Excel

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn software related to paper documents keepage.

  • 1C program knowledge would be a advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or Human Resources or related field is required. We are also open to considering final-year students.
