Performance Marketing Manager

Mellow (by Solar Staff) is a global fintech company that helps businesses build and manage talent pools of freelancers, contractors, and contingent workers.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns!

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and scale ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, etc.);

• Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns;

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages;

• Research new advertising platforms and formats;

• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing page conversion rates;

• Monitor key metrics (loading speed, UI/UX);

• Set up and track performance metrics (GA4, Yandex Metrica, Looker, etc.);

• Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations;

• Optimize targeting (retargeting, lookalike audiences, personalized ads);

• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Meta and Google Ads;

• Strong understanding of targeting, optimization, and scaling;

• Hands-on experience with Telegram Ads and Yandex Direct;

• Proficiency in GA4, Yandex Metrica; Looker and Power BI are a plus;

• Experience in A/B testing, working with creatives, and analytical thinking.
