Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation, and maximize ROI.
  • Strengthen brand reputation through delivering new ideas on content marketing, influencer collaborations, PR, etc.
  • Lead the promotion of company news & product launches across digital channels, ensuring wide and impactful dissemination.

2. Partnership Management

  • Foster and grow relationships with current partners through co-branded campaigns, promotions, and regular communication.
  • Identify and work with new partners, ensuring enhanced brand visibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure PR and communication strategy alignment with GetBlock’s Web3 expansion.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to increase GetBlock’s visibility.

3. CRM and Data Management

  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation to enhance lead generation and retention.
  • Oversee the CRM system to track partner activity and performance data.
  • Analyze partner contributions to refine strategies and campaigns.

4. Digital Campaign Development

  • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with Web3 industry trends.
  • Utilize GA4 (Google Analytics) and any other tools for in-depth analysis, tracking, and reporting of website and campaign performance (e.g., conversion rates) and adjust strategies to optimize results; provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and execute growth experiments for both large-scale and targeted campaigns.

5. Referral Traffic and Conversion Optimization

  • Manage referral traffic from partner mentions, logo placements, and backlinks, improving user conversions.
  • Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement.

6. Email Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop email marketing strategies for nurturing leads, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Oversee segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.

7. Internal and External Grant Programs

  • Assist in preparing grant proposals for Web3 initiatives.
  • Track the information about potential grant programs and report the results.
  • Assist in communication and optimization of our current grant program for startups.

8. Team Collaboration

  • Mentorship of PR manager, SMM specialist and a community manager, onboarding for new people on similar positions.
  • Close cooperation with the Business Development department in terms of collecting clients feedback and new partnerships.
  • Work closely with the design, development, and content teams to align marketing assets with overall strategy.

9. Product & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to promote new features and updates.
  • Support regional expansion strategies (Asia, US, EU) for shared and dedicated node services.
  • Identify new market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the Web3 ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the Web3, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles (SEO, PPC, referral traffic, social media).
  • Understanding of user retention strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and performance tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset for market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills for user behavior analysis, retention strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience working with influencers, bloggers, and media to boost brand credibility.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English.

Will be a Strong Plus

  • Experience creating and editing multimedia content (e.g., video, infographics).
  • Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and user acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to write technical content, newsletters, and email sequences targeting Web3 devs.
