Support specialist / AML&KYC

Key Responsibilities:

• Making decisions about the risk of processing a financial transaction after carrying out the necessary KYC&AML procedures
• Performing research using internal and external sources to help determine potentially suspicious activity
• Making decisions about the risk of processing a financial transaction after carrying out the necessary KYC&AML procedures
• Ongoing reviews of alerts utilizing blockchain analytics monitoring tools
• Performing due diligence on tokens and potential partners
• Processing requests from other teams and partners

We expect that you have:

• Excellent written English C1/C2
• Strong analytical skills to enhance research and investigations
• Attentiveness to details
• Ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines
• Ability to approach problem-solving independently and responsibly
• Previous work experience as a customer support specialist/technical support specialist/etc is an advantage
• Experience in AML compliance of Bank/Payment system/Crypto exchange is nice to have
