Head of Design

We are looking for a Head of Design.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Portfolio with projects from international companies;
• Experience of working with B2C iGaming projects and/or entertainment projects (Interfaces, marketing and promo materials);
• A portfolio showcasing successful design projects in which you played an integral role, including the ability to present case studies or results from your previous work;
• Exceptional design sense with a strong understanding of modern design trends;
• Extensive experience managing and mentoring design teams, with a clear focus on both team development and achieving business objectives;
• Excellent communicational, time management and resource planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a design development project’s strategy;
• Manage a team of Product, Graphic and Motion Designers, UX writers and 3D specialists;
• Participate in concept creation;
• Inspire and develop the team;
• Setting tasks and control implementation;
• Participate in hiring, adaption and development of employees;
• Team development: motivation, grading, assessment and certification;
• Communication with decision makers;
• Maintaining high quality standards;
• Organization of cooperating with outsourced staff (database creation, monitoring compliance with agreements and supervising projects;
• Monitoring of work quality;
• Organize work with data (control over structured storage of materials and sources, storage of numerical information on loading in hours;
• Adapt design to different regions;
• Be fully responsible for the team’s result.
