Main responsibilities:

** Formation and organization of the project team;
** Project preparation;
** Project management from the project management initiation stage to its closure;
** Systematic project reporting;
** Determination and justification of project implementation priorities
** Monitoring project compliance and control of changes.

Construction and modernization responsibilities:

** Preparation of design technical requirements;
** Preparation and coordination of technical conditions for connecting engineering networks.
** Preparation of primary permit documentation;
** Participation in the procedures for obtaining and approving the necessary permits from local relevant authorities;
** Supervision of the development of project documentation, verification of the optimization of technical solutions and approval of internal documentation;
** Approval of equipment specifications in accordance with technical requirements and project documentation;
** Development of the project budget, planned and actual analysis during the project implementation process;
** Development of the project schedule, preparation of ongoing planned and actual analysis;
** Organization of timely submission of documents, costs and calculations necessary for project financing;
** Construction control - technical supervision, compliance with deadlines, budgets, construction norms, regulations and legal requirements;
** Tendering (for designers, builders, equipment suppliers);
** Preparation and approval of the necessary documentation for obtaining a construction permit and commissioning;
** Interaction with local state bodies during the project implementation process.
** Knowledge of English at a communicative level.
