Tasks:- sprint planning;
- distribution of tasks between developers;
- work with colleagues from the USA: management and technical support;
- acting as a system analyst;
- prompt response to critical situations with the system;
- monitoring compliance with deadlines for the release of new versions of the product.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage sprints, ensuring effective task prioritization and execution.
- Distribute tasks among developers and oversee progress.
- Collaborate with management and technical support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform system analysis to identify and address technical requirements.
- Respond promptly to critical system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor and enforce deadlines for the release of new product versions.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in application design and development.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
- High level of responsibility and leadership in development processes.
- Experience working with development teams of 10 or more members
- Should have a strong knowledge of the SCRUM framework
