IT Project Manager

Our Head Office is located in Miami, USA

• sprint planning;
• distribution of tasks between developers;
• work with colleagues from the USA: management and technical support;
• acting as a system analyst;
• prompt response to critical situations with the system;
• monitoring compliance with deadlines for the release of new versions of the product.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sprints, ensuring effective task prioritization and execution.
• Distribute tasks among developers and oversee progress.
• Collaborate with management and technical support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform system analysis to identify and address technical requirements.
• Respond promptly to critical system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor and enforce deadlines for the release of new product versions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in application design and development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
• High level of responsibility and leadership in development processes.
• Experience working with development teams of 10 or more members
• Should have a strong knowledge of the SCRUM framework
• Agile - methodology
• Upper intermediate and higher English level.
