HR Analyst

Inktech - an international IT product holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to establish innovative tech and marketing solutions worldwide. We provide our clients with efficient solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards;

• Design data collection systems;

• Integrate various sources (e.g. ATS, accounting system, internal portal, Excel, etc.) and extract insights from them;

• Conduct surveys and ad-hoc analyses, make conclusions, and propose improvements;

• Administer ATS, making the functionality and data in it as user-friendly as possible for both the employees, HR team).

• Visualize data and create presentations;

• Promote a data-driven culture in HR;

• Launch additional projects.

Requirements:

• Have a university degree in a relevant field (psychology/human resources);

• Possess over 1 year of experience in a similar role;

• Understanding the principles of data collection, data processing, and data management;

• The ability to interpret charts, reports, and visualisations;

• Have proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher;

• Understanding of statistics, and probability theory;

• Capable of direct engagement with the business team;

• It'd be a plus if you: Have experience working with HR data.
