About Us:
Join MagnetMint, an innovative startup at the forefront of the AI revolution. Over the past 7 months, we have perfected CallReply.ai a cutting-edge AI agent designed to qualify leads, book appointments, transfer calls, and pull real-time data into conversations. Our technology replaces traditional receptionists and voicemail, dramatically accelerating lead engagement with a human-like touch. As we gear up for a rapid launch, we're building a high-performance sales team to introduce our product to small business owners across the U.S.

The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for top-tier sales professionals who want to be part of a groundbreaking venture and gain hands-on experience with AI integration in real businesses. Although the base compensation is modest $250 per month (4 hours/day) earnings are augmented with performance incentives:

  • $10 for each successfully scheduled appointment
  • $50 for every client that signs up

While the upfront salary reflects our startup phase, the real value lies in joining us on the ground floor of a venture with ambitious growth plans. As we acquire our first clients, compensation and career opportunities will expand significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our AI-driven product to Russian and English speaking U.S. small business owners
  • Leverage AI-generated leads to maximize sales efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and facilitate client engagements
  • Navigate and overcome challenges in complex telephone systems
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the benefits of integrating AI into everyday business processes
  • Maintain detailed records of contacts, appointments, and sales outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a startup environment
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a strong interest in the AI revolution
  • Familiarity with modern tech tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting
