FinDev is an international company created by IT engineers. We are specializing in the development of niche software for international banks and investment funds.

We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net developer to join our Sizing team. Sizing is a cutting-edge platform designed for portfolio management, enabling business users to adjust portfolio structures to meet specific metrics, simulate trading scenarios and generate comprehensive risk reports. Our system must handle intensive real-time calculations — each user input can trigger the processing of up to 300,000–500,000 values. This demanding workload requires an efficient and scalable backend that remains highly responsive under all circumstances, so the team pays a lot of attention to keep the backend responsive for any user's operations.

We need a developer who is capable in:

  • truly knows OOP, design patterns, SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI;

  • the understanding of how to effectively utilize CPU and RAM resources;

  • experience in multithreading, resolving race conditions and synchronization challenges;

  • keen to get deep into business logic and domain specific knowledge;

  • (micro) services, cloud architecture;

  • contributing to CI/CD improvements.

Requirements & technologies:

  • .Net 8.0

  • Multithreading and async/await

  • Microservices, k8s base

  • HTTP - REST, Swagger

  • Testing - xUnit, e2e tests

  • SQL - PostgreSQL, EF Core

  • Messaging (Kafka)

Nice to have experience

  • AWS (MSK, EKS, DynamoDB, AppConfig, Elasticache, CloudFormation)

  • Oracle

  • gRPC

  • Clickhouse
