Requirements

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, ensuring our
games are properly positioned and promoted on their platforms.
- Monitor internal project timelines and keep clients informed about game releases
and updates.
- Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and address performance
challenges.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client and partner issues effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing and prioritizing client
communication.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Provide clients with updates on marketing tools and promotional opportunities, such as Freebets and Rain promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure seamless
collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building trust and credibility through clear
communication and reliable service delivery.
- Stay informed about iGaming industry trends and provide feedback to the game-
development team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to enhance client engagement.
- Participate in event planning and coordination, from pre-event marketing to on-site support.
