We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .
Now we’re looking for a strong Sales manager to boost our Sales team. You’ll be in charge of communicating with prospective clients and close deals into contracts (Upwork + Linkedin). Preferably to have a strong network.
What to do:

Active search and attraction of potential clients together with the Leadgen team.

Reach out to target leads with Upwork and Linkedin.

Work closely with the lead-generation team on better client’s outreach, proposals and nurturing process. Proper team management. Review of the communication with potential leads, scripts and objection handling improvement

MQL-SQL conversion, deal-making.
-
Create offers and process/ballpark estimation presentations for potential clients.
-
Sales and pre-sales activities.
-
Negotiating with current and potential clients. Lead’s nurturing.

Working with technical staff to meet customer needs (project evaluation, requirements negotiation with the customer, problem solving, fast reaction and proposal formulation, objection’s handling, competitors research)

Analysis of sales trends and market dynamics.

Keep up with the latest tech trends in the industry

Process following (+ clean CRM and pipeline maintenance)

Providing demand to the resource management team
Requirements
- Writing english level - C1 is a must!
- Successful experience in sales for IT businesses - project management, outsource projects, outsaff services - 2+ years is a must!
- Understanding of Custom Software development, being familiar with technologies on the high-level
- Experince with Upwork and LinkedIn - knowledge of algorithms and specific conditions dealing on Upwork and LinkedIn)
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, Google Drive, etc.
- Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;
- Sales proactive approach, sales skills and techniques to close the deal, based on previous experience.
- Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented.
- Result-driven, proactive, independent, and self-motivated person.
- Highly organised, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
