- Coordinating all quality control activities and inspection / repair and technical processes. - Administrat and monitors the operation and performance of customer returns, incoming inspection, and nonconforming material processes for compliance to established quality assurance standards. - Acts a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, Production and Logistics plants. - Initiates process improvement projects for Total Quality Control. - Reads and interprets engineering design or production drawings, catalogues, or other pertinent data and specifications to determine inspection and test criteria or methods to assure conformance to applicable specifications and requirements. - Acts as Quality Assurance representative (supervisor) with both internal departments on new product developments and product failures and external customer. - Coordinates timely failure analysis investigations of customer returned material to determine probable causes or modes of failure. Coordinates and communicates with Headquarters to resolve quality complaints from interested parties. Produces or oversees the production of summary reports for customers in support of the ICM process. - Supports failure modes effects analysis activities for new product developments and supports external supplier selection and evaluation activities including performance ratings. Participates in the Supplier Rating System (SRS) as an auditor evaluating the effective implementation of corrective / preventative actions for previously defective incoming material. - Prepares quality system documents including operating procedures, work instructions, charts, visual aids, inspection drawings and reports. Has document approval authority in the SharePoint system and supports document approvals in the absence of the Quality Manager. - Performs Internal Quality Auditor duties for the ISO 9001 based Quality Management System (QMS). - Identifies negative quality trends and initiates appropriate corrective/preventative actions. - Assures a timely response and feedback to the resolution of quality issues to management. - Supports the Company's safety projects and documentation, including the Emergency Evaluation Plan as needed (e.g. Rally Point Leader, etc.).

The LNG plant will be built in 3 phases which will be put in operation at the end of 2017, 2018 and 2019. Daily Inspection-Supervision and Coordination/Supporting all scope of work with Construction Department. Work with Construction/Pre-Commissioning/Completion team as-per priority list for First Cargo in Train-1 (Phase-1) / Train-2 (Phase-2) & Train-3 (Phase-3). Daily Supervision/Coordination and clearing all Punch list from customer. Supervision/Controlling all remaining contractors, subcontractor punches. Daily inspection as-per Site Design Modifications list, Site Instructions, Job cards. Clearing/closing remaining Quality Control Form (QCF/Check list) in Easy Plant system. Daily/Weekly Site Surveillance, daily/weekly report to Lead Inspector/E&I QC Superintendent. Controlling contractor procedures, inspection and test plans and other technical and quality documents. Performing inspection for all Instrument equipment’s installations, hookup, loop checking and functional testing are in compliance with the technical requirement according to the project specification.
